Building concept maps

Concept maps are graphic organizers representing connections between major ideas. Graphic organizers are a great way to help students who visualize concepts.
I've been working on concept maps for each lecture. Unit 0 is complete, with only minor corrections necessary on a few of the maps before making them available in the fall 2009 school year.
Attached is the scientific method concept map. Key features include the importance of testing a hypothesis. Hypothesis are temporary (tentative) explanations of observations. Students need to recognize scientists test hypotheses and modify them after data are collected.
