About Layne Heiny
Layne Heiny, Ed.D. started developing websites in 1995 after a friend helped him create an online webstore for a local business. This technology business flourished throughout the 1990s. In 2000, Layne began teaching sciences in high school. At the same time, his hobby of developing sites expanded. The Tux Reports Network grew from just a few ideas into 108 domains.
